Shift Leaders set the tone for the shift and have a direct impact on the customer experience. Our ideal person cares. Shift L perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift leaders are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay Rate: $15 - $18/hour depending on experience, availability to work various days and times as well as location.

SAFETY:

At your local McDonald’s, the safety of our team is our top priority. As such, we use Personal Protective Equipment (masks & gloves, wellness & temperature checks, social distancing, and enhanced cleaning of high contact areas) that not only help protect our employees but make them feel safe.

  • 8 hour shifts


Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • McDonald's: 1 year (Preferred)
  • ServSafe Manager certification (Required)


Education: High School or equivalent
